For developers selling off-plan
Show buyers the view from their unit, before the building exists.
Off-plan asks someone to commit to a home that isn't built yet. The objection that stalls the sale is "what will I actually see?", and a render of a nice afternoon doesn't answer it.
Live demo, Kilele
Don't read about it. Use it.
The view in the demo isn't illustrated. The city is built in 3D around the tower, and buyers stand inside the unit at its real eye height and direction, at the time of day they choose. A neighbouring rooftop drops away fast as they climb, while hills far away barely move, which is exactly what the floor premium pays for. The tower itself shows what's poured and what's still on the drawings, and picking a unit moves the view, availability and payment plan together.
Kilele is a fictional brand. A concept demo built by Koena to show the approach.Your version uses your content, prices and data.
What it does
Built around the answer, not the brochure.
Every off-plan property site we build starts from the one question that stalls your sale, and makes the answer something the visitor can use.
The real view, floor by floor
Rendered from each unit's height and orientation in a 3D city, by day, at sunset or at night, so the view changes the way it really will. It's the one thing a render can't show.
Live availability stack
Every unit in the 3D tower, in its status colour, with the floors still to be cast shown as drawings. Scarcity becomes something the buyer sees, not a claim from a salesperson.
The monthly instalment, not just the price
Pick a unit and see its payment plan. For most off-plan buyers, that's the number that decides it.
sold through the site covers its cost many times over, when units sell for $50k to $500k.

Questions
Off-plan property: common questions.
We launch several projects. Do we need a new site each time?
Most developers run one site per launch on a shared design system, so each new project is faster and cheaper than the first.
Who updates availability?
Your sales team, from a simple sheet or admin page. The site updates within minutes.
Can the site go live before we have renders?
Yes. The building and views are modelled from your plans and site survey, so the site can be ready for soft launch.
Can buyers abroad reserve online?
We can add an online reservation deposit through your payment provider, or keep it as an enquiry your team follows up.
Do you work with clients in other countries?
Yes. We work remotely with clients worldwide, with video calls, a shared project board and weekly previews you can click through.
What does it cost?
Projects start from $2,500. You get a fixed quote after a 30-minute call, and it doesn't change unless the scope does.
