24 lakeside cottages. Two partner lodges within 15 minutes hold room blocks at a fixed rate for everyone else.

How it works

You have one planner from the first call to the last dance. Most couples visit once, or not at all.
Hold your date
Free for 7 days while you decide. No card needed.
Video walk-through
Your planner walks the lawn, pavilion and cottages live, at the time of day you'll marry.
Confirm
A 30% deposit secures the date, with a written contract and a fixed price.
Plan together
Monthly calls, a tasting for you (or samples couriered to you), and a final run-sheet six weeks out.

What happens if it rains?
The ceremony moves to the pavilion, which already has sides that roll down. We decide together at noon on the day, and your guests won't notice anything was changed.
Can we bring our own suppliers?
Photographers, florists, musicians and planners, yes. Catering and bar are ours, because we're responsible for food safety on site.
What's the latest the music can go?
Amplified music until midnight, then acoustic by the fire pit until 1 am.
What if we have to postpone?
Move your date once, free, with more than 6 months' notice. After that, deposits move to a new date within 18 months rather than being lost.
How accurate is the price on this page?
It's the real price for the package and date you picked. It only changes if you change the plan, and your contract fixes it.
